MISPay is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our high-impact product engineering teams.
You will be responsible for the technical direction, people management, and delivery excellence of your team. You'll partner closely with Product and Design to shape the roadmap and ensure we ship quality software at pace.
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 6-10 engineers.
Set technical direction and drive architectural decisions.
Ensure reliable, on-time delivery of product milestones.
Own hiring and onboarding for your team.
Partner with product and design on quarterly planning.
5+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ as an engineering manager.
Strong technical background (backend, distributed systems preferred).
Track record of growing and retaining engineering talent.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience in a fast-paced fintech or startup environment.
